Early registration rates are available through January 15, 2027.

* One ticket for the 40^th Anniversary Gala is included with in-person registration.You may opt out if you do not plan to attend the Gala – and $150 (Active Physician, Advanced Practice Provider, Retired and International Tier 1) or $50 (Trainees – Fellows, Residents, Students) will be deducted from your registration fee.

If you've already registered for the 2027 Pediatric Anesthesiology conference and would like to add a gala ticket to your registration, return to the registration page and use the email address that you used when you initially registered.  Scroll down to the Gala ticket's section of the form and make any additions you need and proceed through the registration page to pay for the tickets.


The meeting format will be a hybrid of in-person and virtual. You can choose to attend in-person in the Bahamas or virtually from your home or office. Both types of attendees will have access to the live sessions, as well as the recorded sessions on-demand following the meeting. 

**If you wish to change your registration type (i.e. In-Person to Virtual), please contact Jenny Patterson at jenny@societyhq.com.  The deadline to change your registration type is February 19, 2027.

For in-person attendees, SPA is pleased to continue an initiative from the Sustainability Special Interest Group (SIG) - a new carbon-offset purchase option on the registration form! A carbon-offset is a purchase made to direct funds to an organization (TerraPass) that actively reduces carbon emissions in an effort to offset the large carbon footprint of air travel.
