Adopt a Local Charity Initiative

COPPA continues the Adopt a Local Charity Initiative for our meetings, to support the local community where we are gathering. COPPA picks and vets charity; members donate, and SPA matches up to $5K, for a total $10K donation|

The San Diego Center for Children has been a trusted resource for children and families for nearly 140 years and is one of the region’s most comprehensive providers of children’s mental health care and educational services.

Each year, the Center serves nearly 10,000 children, teens and family members throughout San Diego County through a continuum of community-based, school-based and residential programs.

What makes the Center unique is that families can access a broad range of care through one organization—from early intervention and outpatient services to intensive day treatment programs, residential treatment and our nonpublic K–12 school.
