If you have previously registered for this meeting and would like to attend one of these PBLDs, please mail or fax the PDF registration form to the SPA office indicating your choice. Please include your name, address, and payment information, and make a note that you are already registered for the meeting. Remember, if you have already signed up for a PBLD, all PBLD's are being conducted at the same time on Saturday, February 26, 2005 from 7:00am - 8:30am. If you are already registered, do not use the online registration form to sign up for one of the new PBLDs.
