Program Format & Features

We will again end the general sessions early to allow you the flexibility to attend optional Workshops, Seminars, PBLDs, Round Tables, or Committee/SIG meetings – or take the afternoon to spend time with your family or friends.

AFTERNOON OPTIONAL ACTIVITES (ALL are In-person Only)
In the afternoons, you will have several options after the main program ends on both Friday and Saturday (separate registration required):

- Workshops 
- Problem Based Learning Discussions 
- Expert Round Table Sessions 
- Seminars 

ON-DEMAND SESSIONS
For those of you who don’t want to attend the optional activities in the afternoon – or want an afternoon to spend time with your family – we will have additional on-demand, pre-recorded sessions available for all attendees to subsidize your CME Credits. There will be four on-demand sessions available for you to view during the meeting*, or when you get home from the meeting. The on-demand content is included with your main registration.

*NEW in 2025! We will stream the on-demand content in the General Session room for those wanting to view the lectures in a meeting setting.

COMMITTEE/SIG MEETINGS
Some SPA Committees and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) meetings will also be held on Friday and Saturday afternoons. The meeting schedule will be posted by early February.
