Description:
Participation in the one-day, high-fidelity simulation MOCA course offered by the Society for Pediatric Anesthesia (SPA) as an add-on activity to the SPA-AAP Pediatric Anesthesiology Meeting will fulfill the Part IV requirement of the American Board of Anesthesiology's Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesiology Program.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
* Assess and improve their practice in areas such as crisis management in a simulation setting at an ASA-endorsed activity.
* Realistically recreate challenging clinical cases to allow participants to problem-solve in a manner that is similar to actual clinical experience.
* Improve their skills in practice-based learning and improvement
* Refresh and refine teamwork, communication and crisis resource management skills with colleagues from various types of clinical practices.
