The SPA 38th Annual Meeting will be held at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown on Friday, October 18, 2024. Most SPA Section, Committee and SIG meetings over the weekend will also be held at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown. The ASA Anesthesiology meeting will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
The contracted room blocks at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown for both the SPA meeting and the ASA meeting are full and no longer available. There are still many hotels available on the ASA Housing website https://www.asahq.org/annualmeeting/attend/housing. The ASA has not been able to add additional rooms to either block at the Sheraton.

Getting to The Mutter Museum
Shuttle Buses:
Buses will load and unload at the 17th Street entrance to the Sheraton. First bus will begin loading at 5:30PM. Shuttles will run on a loop with the last pick-up at The Mutter Museum at 8:15PM.
