The Society for Pediatric Anesthesia guest room block at the JW Marriott is now full on the night of Friday, March 31. Rooms are still available on Wednesday, March 29; Thursday, March 30; Saturday, April 1 and Sunday, April 2 at the SPA negotiated rate. The room block closes on Monday, March 6. Rooms may become available for Friday night if there are cancellations between today and Monday. After the block closes, you may be able to make a reservation at the current hotel rate.
We have negotiated a small block of additional rooms at the Residence Inn Austin Downtown at a discounted rate. The Residence Inn is just over a block from the JW Marriott. These rooms will be available until Friday, March 10 or until the block is full, whichever comes first.
There are many additional options in the downtown area at higher rates that can be found through an internet search.
