Current and new grads are welcome to apply. Must be comfortable working with trainees, including both anesthesia residents and fellows, as well as CRNA's and AA's. Interest in patient-centered care, teamwork, research, and quality improvement projects is desired. Job Description:The Children's Hospital of Georgia has a growing pediatric cardiac program as well as a dedicated pediatric cardiac cath team that cares for an extensive network of patients from the Southeast. A full range of congenital heart cases are performed with the exception of heart transplants. We offer a 45 bed level IV NICU and 20 bed PICU with dedicated CVICU staffing. A new pediatric tower specifically for CVICU patients is in the works to accommodate our growing needs. Pediatric cardiac anesthesia is an exponentially growing program with 3 active pediatric cardiac anesthesiologists. Call is from home with minimal callbacks.
