What You'll Do: -Provide comprehensive pediatric anesthesia care for infants, children, and adolescents across a wide range of surgical and procedural services, including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, urology, GI, plastics, and neonatal/pediatric subspecialties. -Deliver age-appropriate perioperative care for patients with routine to medically complex conditions, including those requiring sedation outside the OR (e.g., imaging, interventional radiology, and emergency procedures). -Practice within a collaborative care team model, working closely with pediatric subspecialists, surgeons, and anesthesia colleagues in a physician led department dedicated to excellence in child centered care. -Participate in weekday and call coverage as part of a shared, equitable schedule supporting 24/7 pediatric and neonatal anesthesia needs. -Contribute to a culture of safety, compassion, education, and continuous quality improvement, with opportunities for teaching, multidisciplinary collaboration, and participation in program development for pediatric anesthesia services.
