Our pediatric service line provides 100% pediatric anesthesia across all specialties, including general surgery, urology, orthopedics, cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, oncology, GI, dentistry, ophthalmology, and acute pain. We perform approximately 5,500 pediatric anesthetics annually across two dedicated pediatric ORs, an outpatient suite, and off-site pediatric locations. Call is balanced at about one weeknight per week and one weekend every four weeks. The group is collegial, transparent, and physician-led with strong onboarding and equitable scheduling. Hospital Partnership Sutter Sacramento Children’s Center is a 224-bed facility with NICU, PICU, pediatric oncology, and cardiac care. The program is supported by pediatric-trained nurses, anesthesia techs, Child Life specialists, and an experienced surgical team, with longstanding integration across Sutter facilities. Financial & Professional Strength Compensation ranges from $550K–$750K+ with upside to $830K, a $75K sign-on bonus, and shareholder track at two years.
