Shriners Childrend Hawaii is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our highly specialized surgical team in Honolulu. This unique 0.5 FTE, part-time role offers a flexible Monday-Friday schedule with light home call and no PICU responsibilities, providing an excellent work-life balance.

You will provide anesthesia care for a broad range of pediatric orthopedic, neuromuscular, and dental procedures in an all-MD staffing model, collaborating with a dedicated team of 3 anesthesiologists, 5 advanced practice providers (APPs), and 6 pediatric orthopedic surgeons. No CRNA supervision is required, allowing you to practice independently in a low-acuity, family-focused, mission-driven environment. This position is ideal for a physician seeking meaningful, high-quality clinical work while maintaining flexibility and balance.

This is a benefits-eligible, part-time position with a salary range of $442,724 to $580,000, prorated based on FTE and commensurate with years of post-fellowship experience and departmental equity.
