The academic rank of the successful candidate will be as an Associate or Full Professor of Anesthesiology, dependent on individual experience. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as the Division Chief for Anesthesiology. The Chief will be responsible for leading a team of 38 physicians covering the full clinical anesthesia service and working in collaboration with the Chief of Pain Medicine. The position includes supporting the academic success and professional development faculty and fellows. Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a strong orientation toward clinical operations, with an accomplished clinical research record and prior successes in developing and mentoring faculty members. Also, demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate through vision and purpose, academic credentials of merit, effectively managed people around short and long-term objectives, an understanding of the business of academic medicine, and is a clear and professional communicator.
