The Division consists of 28 board certified pediatric anesthesiologists (6 cardiac) and nine CRNAs overseeing over 17,000 anesthetics annually across three campuses: Childrens Nebraska, the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and a pediatric ambulatory surgery center. The division offers ACGME pediatric anesthesiology fellowship and residency training and advanced pediatric cardiac anesthesiology fellowship. Robust regional anesthesia and acute pain service, neonatal/infant spinal anesthesia program, and diverse specialty cases etc in a free-standing hospital recently expanded.Job Description:Childrens is the only full-service, free standing pediatric health care center in Nebraska, providing expertise in more than 50 pediatric specialty services to children across a five-state region and beyond. We are home the only Level IV regional NICU and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center in Nebraska. The Hubbard Center for Children opened in 2021 added 100 patient beds, an expanded NICU, a dedicated Cardiac Care Unit, with expanded surgical robotic surgery space including intra-operative MRI, and more.
